Digital Asset Guarantees
Due to the nature of digital assets, all sales are final once the download link is accessed.
You are entitled to a refund request within 14 days if the product is technically defective, not as described, or missing core features advertised by the creator on our marketplace.
To start a claim, please submit a ticket through your Dashboard or contact support with your order ID.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method or Pomodoro Wallet within 7-10 days. We use the same payment method as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees.
Buyer Protection Rules
To qualify for a digital return or credit, please ensure that:
Claim filed within 14 days
Creator contacted first
The following cases are ineligible:
Personal preference or change of mind after the file has been downloaded from the portal.
Software incompatibility if the requirements were clearly listed on the product page.
Items purchased during a site-wide flash auction or clearance event marked as-is.
Abuse of the system, including repeated refund requests across multiple vendors.
We reserve the right to verify claims by requesting logs demonstrating the technical failure of the digital asset.
Creator Claims
We mediate between you and the vendor. If a creator fails to respond to support, our team will intervene directly.
Pomodoro Marketplace
Digital products are not subject to return shipping. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the asset is immediately revoked and the file must be deleted from all local storage devices or project folders.
Gifts
If a digital product was purchased as a gift and not yet redeemed, the purchaser may request a refund. Once the refund is processed, the license code will be deactivated immediately.
If the item was already redeemed, the refund or store credit will be issued directly to the original purchaser's Pomodoro account wallet.
